1. No Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide:

    • Unboxing video or clear photos as proof

  • After verification, we will:

    • Provide a replacement, or

    • Issue a refund, depending on the situation

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept refund or replacement requests if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • The product has been used or consumed

  • No proof (video/photo) is provided

  • Incorrect address was provided by the customer
